Week 9 Term 2

In the last week of Term 2 we had a special treat when Fin''s Opa read us 2 stories. The first was was in the class with us on Monday.....

.........and the second one was by Skype on Thursday after he had returned to the North Island. Thank you so much Opa for providing this great experience for us and I hope we can do it again in Term 3 when we get the sound sorted so you can hear us as well.

In maths we enjoyed some of our favourite activities from Term 2.

On Wednesday we had a healthy shared kai to celebrate Matariki and the end of our Healthy Eating topic.

In the afternoon we made healthy food pictograms after sharing the Hungry Caterpillar story

In our final session of No Child Left Inside we gave the All Blacks cause for concern with our outstanding
tackling skills and tricky footwork. I am happy to tell you that these sessions will be continuing next term.

  1. Hello Room 10. It is Fin's Opa here. Hi Fin.

100 days! How fantastic to have reached 100 days! That is around another 100 days to the end of the year!

It was great to have the opportunity to read a story to you all. Twice. I really enjoyed that. Thank you.
