This week saw more of our Monarch butterflies emerging from their cocoons and enjoying bring released into the Junior Playground.
With Sam we learnt a new probability game which we will be extending further next week.
A whole heap of art work was appearing in class this week. We compiled our colourful ice cream cones using the colour tints and tones we made last week.....very tasty.

In maths we continued to work on our number recognition by playing number twister.
One of our sounds for this week was 'l' for lion.
We also learnt some 'l' tricky words including 'like' and 'look'. We are getting very good at remembering to leave finger spaces when writing sentences.
We love our library reading sessions after lunch and sharing our favourite books together.
